This role lives within the Customer Success and Operations team. As a Digital Analytics Lead, you will work closely with product teams in an Agile (SAFe) environment to evolve and improve our digital experiences for customers and patients. You will use your analytical and problem solving skills to define success metrics and measurement approaches to ensure our digital experiences stay healthy. You will collaborate with other motivated teammates across UX, Customer Experience Management, IT, Site Optimization, Marketing and Merchandising.Your Typical Day Here Could Include: • Consulting with product owners to define KPIs and measurement approach for an upcoming feature release• Partnering with customer experience management to quantify an experience flaw identified by customer feedback• Creating/maintaining dashboards which enable monitoring of in-market customer or patient experiences• Preparing ad hoc analysis in support of leadership questions or presentations• Mentoring a junior analyst within the team

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in conducting highly quantitative analytics• 1+ year of experience in SQL or similar web analytics tools such as Adobe or Google Analytics with a understanding of data warehouse architecture
