We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Payment Solutions Team. The Enterprise Payment Solutions Team provides payment processing solutions for financial institutions such as mobile payments, bill pay, and other electronic payment options This position plays an integral part in the software development, software enhancements, and upgrades by partnering with developers as well as customers to ensure that new software products, as well as existing product enhancements, meet customer expectations.

This position will be remote from the Dallas-Forth Worth area.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Interacts with customers to gather system requirements.

  • Defines the system and functional requirements of the product.

  • Prepares business requirements and functional specifications.

  • Serves as a resource and/or participant in business process re-design activities. Assists the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.

  • May perform application, system and regression tests.

  • Responsible for creating business requirements and system documentation, as well as contributing to end-user and project management documentation.

  • Works with quality assurance and programming teams to ensure changes are migrated into production correctly.

  • Interacts with technical teams to convey business requirements.

  • Works with industry research groups to prepare for product trends.

  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical support of financial software.

  • Must have experience creating documentation and presentations with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Experience working with Enterprise Payment Solutions.

  • Experience working across multiple groups and leading and facilitating to deliver results.
