Description: Develop, prepare, coordinate, and maintain military personnel documentation and correspondence
Conduct quality control reviews of all official correspondence and documentation to ensure compliance
with applicable Army and DoD regulations
Develop and manage databases for documentation control, which includes but is not limited to personnel, financial, travel, training, and postal data
Prepare and coordinate military travel documents for personnel, generate and prepare common Army human resources forms, to include evaluations, awards, personnel actions, etc.
Analyze and provide clear, concise and well-thought-out written and oral plans, advise, and recommend courses of action and solutions as the result of conclusions drawn from collection, assembling and analyzing pertinent facts
Tracking and monitoring incoming engagements, status of current engagements, and the timetable for completion dates and deadlines of engagements
Preparing correspondence, including interoffice memorandum in accordance with Army Regulation 25-50
Taking and transcribing dictation, and composing and preparing confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents
Process, track, and report personnel status to senior leadership
Organizes and conducts department/section team meetings
Track the status of actions; Ability to log and maintain accurate data and files in a timely fashion.
Develop and manage the database(s) for document control. The documentation for control includes, but is not limited to, personnel, financial, travel, training, and postal data.
Prepare and coordinate military travel documents for personnel, generate and prepare common Army human resources forms, to include but not limited to evaluations, awards, request for personnel action, life insurance and entitlements beneficiary, and leave forms.
Analyze and provide clear, concise and well thought-out written and oral plans, advise, and recommend courses of action and solutions as the result of conclusions drawn from collection, assembling, and analyzing pertinent facts.
Respond to inquiries from all echelons and work effectively with individuals and groups of persons to advise senior level management.
Perform activities, to include but not limited to, typing, filing, routine procedural processing, maintaining records, coordinating and staffing documents, and other non-specialized tasks.
Create and manage all administrative and operational signature reduction activities.
7 -10 years experience in DoD Human Resources policies and procedures
Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Adobe PDF, and PureEdge applications
Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, developing and maintenance of SharePoint sites and pages.
Must have a strong working knowledge of managing official military correspondence per Army Regulation 25-50
Must have a final Top Secret clearance, investigated within the last five years.
Must have excellent written and verbal communications
Must have good time management and typing skills
Must be able to provide timely customer service in a professional manner and work well in a team environment
Be able to possess and maintain a Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) access
