Job Purpose and Impact
The System Process Lead 2nd Shift is responsible for detailed accounting and accuracy of inventory for a single location. In this role, you will ensure compliance with established internal control procedures, accuracy of all data in business management software and aid in establishing inventory control concepts, best methods and procedures.
Key Accountabilities
Provide day to day leadership of inventory movement, inventory accuracy, inventory management, aging reports and discrepancy investigation.
Facilitate actions with department teams to conduct routine cycle counts.
Ensure entry of inventory changes using business management software and other systems.
Conduct in depth research to reconcile inventory discrepancies in the business management software and physical inventory.
Lead efforts for consistent audit preparedness.
Oversee investigation of damages and implement corrective actions.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience in inventory management
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with business management software modules used to track inventory
SAP experience
Experience working in a shared service operation
