Job Description

Position Summary:

Lead the product vision and delivery of the Branch and mobile transaction experience. Implement strategies to serve business functions across multiple platforms and solutions. The teams will be empowered and accountable to drive specific business and technology outcomes such as executing business strategy, increasing business operational efficiency, retiring legacy systems and aligning tactical decisions with strategic architectural principles.

Platforms are responsible for delivering and supporting integration systems contributing to the success of partners like the Branch, ATM and mobile.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Creates compelling product vision, develops and executes product roadmap with a focus on measurable outcomes, tracks and regularly shares progress with stakeholders and team.

  • Authors user stories and provides context for the product vision, product strategy, and requirements.

  • Grooms backlog and ensures that stories are ready for development.

  • Defines KPIs, monitors and reports on business and customer metrics/outcomes for the product.

  • Collaborates with internal business lines and Enterprise Technology to elicit, analyze and understand needs, constraints, risk and alignment with organizational strategy and priorities.

  • Collaborates with the team, Scrum Master and stakeholders to employ Agile methods, processes, tools and metrics to deliver value which includes ongoing product backlog refinement, product roadmap and release planning.

  • Engages and collaborates with team to create and manage Agile artifacts (e.g., Product Roadmap, Backlog, Release Plan) and information needed for prioritization decision-making and regularly assesses features and costs to determine whether and when to proceed. Responsible for accepting product deliverables.


  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience with various technology solutions including ServiceNow, Jira, Service-oriented architecture etc.

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience as a product manager with the ability to demonstrate realized business value and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strategic thinker, analytical and results driven.

  • Leadership skills to gain credibility, garner respect, guide the creation of a self-organizing team and be assertive with business priorities and opposing viewpoints while adhering to Agile concepts and principles.

  • Working knowledge of Agile practices. Understands the fundamentals of iterative development, incremental delivery, backlog management, burn down metrics, velocity and task definition.

  • Strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills to connect and engage team, facilitate discussion, advocate for team and negotiate with business/corporate areas, mentor/coach team members, and resolve conflict.

  • Solid analytical skills, creative problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.

  • Ability to work with minimal direction, flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and schedules, handle multiple issues simultaneously, and to manage stressful situations.

  • Strong knowledge of technical concepts, architectural principles to drive scalable solutions.

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to identify dependencies and align on priorities

  • Engage with your product manager peers to ensure a holistic deposit experience

  • Work closely with engineering to understand technical impacts

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $95,540.00 - $112,400.00 - $123,640.00
