The Partner Solutions Specialist introduces, presents, and promotes health value initiatives to network providers at their office or other preferred locations. Establish and maintain relationships with physician practices to engage and successfully implement CDPHP health value initiatives. This individual is responsible for introducing CDPHP’s partner companies and the solutions they provide for network providers. This individual will be viewed as a subject matter expert on the impact that these partner companies will have with network providers. Must have the ability to create and maintain effective business relationships with both physician practices as well as CDPHP’s partner companies. Will be responsible for prospecting, sales, servicing and retention for both providers and CDPHP partner companies. Additional responsibilities include creating and presenting educational content surrounding these strategic partnerships, and bringing opportunities to physicians that will drive value in health care services.
Bachelor’s degree required. Four (4) years relevant experience may be substituted for degree.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience building relationships with target customers in the healthcare, business – to – business , or other applicable industries.
Healthcare knowledge and experience preferred.
Experience developing and managing communications plans to track deliverables, deadlines, and messages is required.
Experience presenting difficult information verbally and in writing in a timely, understandable, and accurate fashion to all levels of an organization required.
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.
Strong presentation and customer relationship skills.
Project management skills: regularly communicate changes and progress; complete projects on-time and within budget.
Analytical: synthesize complex or diverse information; collect and research data; use intuition and experience to complement data; design workflows and procedures.
Outstanding Customer Service: ability to manage difficult client situations and respond promptly to customer needs.
Must have access to reliable transportation. If driving vehicle for CDPHP business, employee must have valid driver’s license, current inspection and appropriate insurance coverage in effect at all times. Requires significant local travel to visit providers.
Knowledge of medical practices in the network critical to success of current and future initiatives.
Ability to interpret data and target proper markets to maximize revenues.
