Position Summary

• The Network Analytics team helps our business units – and our company – meet corporate objectives and compete more successfully in the marketplace. The team provides enterprise wide and/or cross-functional data driven solutions to address business problems, while reporting our Network position throughout the country. This work results in initiatives that significantly impact company strategy enabling Aetna/Meritain Health to be competitive in the marketplace and effectively serve its customers.

• The Network team develops and implements strategies that positively impact our operations and reporting, to ensure we meet membership needs. We partner with leaders across the organization to optimize the achievement of strategic business objectives, to ensure profitable growth and improved organizational effectiveness. Our scope includes one or more of the following disciplines: Management consulting, business process/project consulting, strategic analysis, business planning, and, or risk management consulting.

• The Network Analyst (Aetna Analytics) will be involved with the Meritain Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) process, as well as partnering on Network team projects. This role will support Sales, the Proposal team and Client Management. The opportunity requires relationship management across several departments, to ensure satisfaction for assigned initiatives that impact the delivery of products and services. The Aetna Analyst heavily collaborates with internal and external business partners as required in support of initiatives.

• Direct responsibilities include prospect case RFP/RFI responses, use of Aetna specific Provider Network software, knowledge of Meritain/Aetna/CVS offerings and capabilities, some data mining and reporting to support our Reporting Analysts, leveraging external programs (i.e., Salesforce and Loopio) to deliver simplified solutions from complex requests.

• This role will require a "out of the box" thinker with the ability to problem solve and communicate within all levels of the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in document writing

• 1-2 years of experience with reporting tools/functions

• Proficient in Microsoft Office- Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Power BI experience

• Experience working on proposals

• Experience with problem solving on complex projects

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment

• Elevated focus on detail, accuracy, and quality.

• Proactive self-motivated work ethic

• Consistent high performer with ability to meet strict deadlines and key metrics

• Ability to communicate in a professional and concise manner

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $35.29

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
