Alaant Finance and Operations Coordinator in Albany, New York

Hours and Benefits for the Finance and Operations Coordinator:
On-site Monday-Friday, with hybrid option
$70,000 - $80,000
Paid Time Off, plus paid Holidays
75% Company Paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, regardless of which plan type/dependent structure
401k with employer match (Up to 4%)
Responsibilities for the Finance and Operations Coordinator:
Coordinate and manage Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
Assist in A/R, collections and procurement process
Complete check runs for vendor payments and reconcile bank transaction activity
Requirements for the Finance and Operations Coordinator:
Bachelor’s degree OR Associate's degree with equivalent professional experience preferred
Accounts Payable and ERP systems experience preferred
High attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
