Alaant Billing Coordinator in Albany, New York

Hours and Benefits for the Billing Coordinator:
$40,000 to $43,000 a year (based on experience level)
Onsite Monday – Friday, 35-hour work week
Employer contributed health benefits, Annual profit share (2-3%), 403(b), and 30+ days Annual Paid Leave
Responsibilities for the Billing Coordinator:
Collaborate with finance and accounting professionals to maintain accounts receivable
Monitor and process all cash and electronic deposits
Prepare weekly Medicaid AR billing
Provide month-end support for preparation of excel documents & imports/exports
Requirements for the Billing Coordinator:
High School Degree and field experience OR Two-year Accounting Degree required
1 year+ of experience in billing, accounts receivable or bookkeeping
Not for profit or OPWDD industry experience preferred, not required
