Job Responsibilities for Finance Executive -Cost accountant Position at Ahmedabad location
Controlling, Finance and Treasury support
Weekly Sales backlog and scoreboard preparation
Passing of Journal Entries in SAP
Custom Duty Booking and statutory payments
Payroll Accounting
Support in making Inter-Co payments
Bank reconciliation and dealing with Banks
Supporting Treasury functions
Monthly book closure activities
Balance sheet GL Reconciliation
Working with reporting package TOTH
Assisting in Budget/forecast preparation
Preparation and submission for weekly pulse process
Supporting costing activities
Assisting in Audits
Preparing schedules for Cost Audit
TDS accounting and return filing
GL Scrutiny and monthly accrual of expenses
Co Ordination for pending C forms with Consultants
Co Ordination with SSC team, Sales and Operations team
Requirements:
Education back-ground: B.com/M.Com, preferably Inter-CMA or ICA, CS would be an added advantage. Preferably working knowledge of ERP SAP. Experience of about 3/4 years.
