PURPOSE
Assist Sous Demi Chef | Chef De Partie by catering to routine kitchen duties thus creating an exceptional culinary experience for the guests through preparation and food presentation. Adhere to kitchen standard operating procedure in line with Jumeirah philosophy and luxury status. At this level, the person acts as a lead supervising Commis II and Commis III and has professional working experience bringing a lot more responsibility and mastery of their specific skills.
