CRM Systems Developer Join the Museum of Science, Boston, and play a pivotal role in shaping our digital future!

We're looking for a dynamic CRM Systems Developer to help elevate our Salesforce platform, supporting business functions that span CRM, ticketing, omni-channel marketing, and more. You'll collaborate with passionate teams across the Museum, using your technical expertise to drive our digital transformation and deliver a 360-degree view of our constituents.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Development & Innovation: Take charge of Salesforce development, creating custom solutions that streamline processes, improve user experiences, and drive efficiency.

  • Collaborate & Create Impact: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design creative, effective solutions that meet the Museum's diverse needs.

  • Empower & Support: Provide expert guidance and training to the CRM Systems Administrator, while ensuring our team gets the support they need.

  • Integrate & Elevate: Build and maintain system integrations that enhance data quality and simplify operations across platforms.

  • Drive Performance: Ensure our Salesforce platform remains secure, scalable, and high-performing as you monitor and optimize system performance.

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay current on Salesforce features and releases, finding new opportunities to innovate and improve the Museum's operations.

    What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Salesforce development experience

  • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Process Builder

  • Strong integration experience, including APIs and third-party tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi

  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills

  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
