Description:!*!FUNCTION:Provides comprehensive investment management services to meet the needs of the more complex Wealth Advisory Services clients often as a member of a dedicated relationship team. Recommend investment solutions and proactively contribute to the client relationship. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Account Management:Develop Investment Policy Statement (IPS) for client including annual review/updates.Implement investment strategy recommendations weighing pros/cons of different investment solutions along with tax consequences and other client specific constraints.Handle portfolio needs including recommendation letters for advisory and co-trustee accounts and investment performance reviews.Analyze investment performance resulting in performance attribution versus associated benchmarks. Investment Process:Become proficient in articulating our investment process to clients and colleagues.Read, understand, and be able to speak to investment messages sent by the firm.Participate in portfolio construction discussions related to implementation choices in centralized strategies.Contribute to analysis for equity and fixed income portfolio teams. Client Service & Relationship Management:Coordinate with dedicated relationship team maintaining appropriate levels of client service. Document client contact interaction as specified.Provide expert support, including proposals and presentations, for new business opportunities with prospects. Compliance Management:Follow and comply with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Complete annual Reg 9 account reviews, minimize exceptions, and manage corrective plans. Other responsibilities:Works effectively within a team environment.Strong planning and organizational abilities including the ability to manage highly complex tasks and anticipate and set priorities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:High school diploma or GED.Pursuing an Associate's degree or higher.Good PC skills and Microsoft Word and Excel.Proven strong written and verbal communication skills.
