Corporate Strategy & Technology End User Services Technician in Philippines

About the role: We are currently looking for a experienced individual to join our team. As an End User Service Technician you will be responsible for Provide end user support to the users in Philippines.

Our Purpose - Add Life to a Lifetime of Learning

As a End User Service Technician you’ll be responsible for:

  • Report to the Senior IT Infrastructure Manager of the department

  • Provide end user support to the users in Philippines.

  • Perform system support for all server hardware, OS and systems in Philippines

  • Perform phone/voice message system and video conferencing system support

  • Assist Routers, Firewalls, Switches and Servers installation and upgrade

  • Server administration, patches upgrade and performance monitoring

  • Regular monitor the performance of network in Philippines

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or IT related subjects

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in end user support and infrastructure

  • Good knowledge of Web Design, AD, Domain, Firewall, Mac, Networking, Email and General Software, etc.

  • Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills

  • Have a passion to learn new technologies

  • Able to work independently

  • Good command in English and local language.
