Position SummaryVendor management professional to develop and implement strategies and policies to support our operations, subsidiaries, major projects and functional groups. They help our call center and or vendor management meet corporateobjectives and compete more successfully in the marketplace.

Supports the business by recommending vendor appropriate actions, strategiesand/or alternatives to meet business needs. Has responsibility forleading/managing all aspects of a project and or program such as planning,coordination, development, implementation including the financialimplications while prioritizing work, resources and time. Ensures the endstate of the project and/or business operations meets businessobjective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met. Highlycollaborative process often requires managing relationships across thesegments or multiple functional areas.

Accountable for and manages the development, implementation andongoing maintenance of project(s) with relatively small and/or less complexscope and deliverables. Project scope typically impacts one of the following:process, system, function, and/or product. Length of project may run oneyear or less in duration.Required QualificationsProven track record meeting project dates.3-5 years of related work experience. (Call center or vendor management)

Ability to communicate effectively with management.Ability to work collaboratively within work teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organization skills.

Ability to travel up to 10%EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
