As a Communications Consultant, you are responsible for managing the technical aspects of communications for a high profile client. This position requires someone who has operational and technical skills to analyze data, understand how data merges into communication templates and can work with multiple internal teams to troubleshoot issues and get to resolution. This person must be highly organized, motivated and can facilitate meetings. This position requires a methodic attention to detail, strong analytic thinking, and the ability to multi-task in a time sensitive environment. As part of the Communications team you must be able to work well as an individual contributor and communicate in a virtual environment with team members. The ideal candidate will have a curious mindset, has the ability to quickly assess a situation and recommend next steps, and has a desire to learn and grow.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Skilled at leading technical projects with internal and external business partners and vendors

  • Utilize strong communication skills with ability to clearly relay information to others

  • Skilled with system issue tracking software, managing cases from start to finish by collaborating with others as needed

  • Comfortable learning new technical systems with ability to understand data tables and mapping

  • Experience with the template proofing process and managing timelines

  • Comfortable using a wide variety of reports and skilled in Excel

  • The ability to assess and proactively connect information and determine impacts

  • Set your own priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Provide research and resolution to support the complex process while still meeting department production and quality metrics

  • Be an innovative thinker and support process improvements initiatives

  • Be skilled in creating and maintaining technical work instructions for daily responsibilities

Required:

Proficient in Microsoft Office products Strong communication skills including ability to present to middle management levels Problem solving capabilities / Pro-active identification of areas requiring improvements Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple work tasks on an ongoing basis Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment with a positive outlook Experience leading client facing meetings

Preferred:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Power BI

  • Commercial, Medicaid or Medicare Part D knowledge

  • Prior PBM knowledge

  • Organizational/PM skills

  • Ability to function within large, cross functional teams

  • Experience with document library management systems

  • Experience managing work instructions

  • Comfortable managing mailboxes

  • Skilled at editing PDFs

Education:

  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED required

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Will consider an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience in lieu of degree

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$40,600.00 - $76,500.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
