Alaant External Manufacturing Coordinator in Rensselaer, New York
Alaant Workforce Solutions has an opening for an External Manufacturing Coordinator with our client in the Capital Region who is a leader in the pharmaceutical industry. As an External Manufacturing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client’s manufacturing processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Hours and Benefits for the External Manufacturing Coordinator:
Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm
$23.00/hour
Medical, Dental, and Vision available after 60 days of employment
PTO on an accrual basis
Responsibilities for the External Manufacturing Coordinator:
Understand the needs of External Manufacturing Relationship Managers, Project and Production Managers related to supply chain quality, delivery, and efficiency
Act as the Shipping Requestor for shipments supporting External Manufacturing
Oversee and execute shipping documentation requirements to and from Contract Manufacturing Operations
Plan shipments based on the filling schedule
Manage temperature data receipt and acceptability
Requirements for the External Manufacturing Coordinator:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Experience with MS Office
