CVS Health Lead Director Quality Management in Overland Park, Kansas

This role is responsible for leading the delivery of Aetna quality and compliance efforts, cross-functional reporting, and cultural transformation. The Lead Director will be a critical leader in Service Excellence, serving as a HEDIS subject matter expert and responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing operational planning and reporting, and successfully delivering strategic projects across the Service Excellence organization.

Serve as a subject matter expert on HEDIS processes, particularly with respect to reporting requirements, quality measures, technical specifications, and interoperability standards (among others) to support and implement digital HEDIS roadmap.

Leads the implementation and execution of Digital HEDIS initiatives as well as other strategic initiatives within Health Care Quality Management to support business, regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Supports the development, implementation, and measurement (metrics) of Service Excellence priorities and initiatives across functions, ensuring alignment with department and enterprise strategy.

Provides support for capacity planning, staffing models and budget planning.

Collaborates with leadership throughout the organization to develop and implement program strategies that meet business, regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Manages complex analytical projects through data exploration, model building, evaluation and testing.

Assesses reports to identify trends, gaps, and operational improvement opportunities.

Summarizes findings through comprehensive strategic thinking and application of root cause analysis.

Collaborates with finance and leads to identify, track, and report on budget performance, including identification and delivery of targeted savings opportunities.

Works independently on strategic direction and provides program management support on aspects such as planning, coordination, development, implementation including the financial implications while prioritizing work, resources, and time. Ensures the end state of the project and/or business operations meets business objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met

Required Qualifications :5 years of experience working in healthcare organizations

5 years years of strategy analysis experience

10 years of demonstrated leadership experience(leading work stream and managing critical deliverables)

5 years of strong analytical experience

5 years minimal of HEDIS/STARS experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$100,000.00 - $231,500.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
