Practice Scope: Ambulatory clinic-based practice. Inpatients are covered by hospitalist service.

Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible. Become licensed in Idaho and Oregon.
Work Schedule: Varies, Clinic is open 8am to 5pm M-F, 8a-3p Sat and Sun
Call: Rotation to answer patient phone calls. No required hospital call.

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) seeks a board-certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to practice in the Ontario Health Plaza.
Requirements include a strong medical background and a desire to develop a practice to support a growing multi-specialty medical group. In providing this support, you will obtain Idaho and Oregon medical licensure to maintain and strengthen the Health System's general internal program across all communities we serve.
We greatly value the input and leadership of our providers and encourage each provider to actively participate in department meetings and in matters of practice/service line development. The provider must demonstrate a commitment to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care and work cooperatively with associates and other providers.
