HR Transformation currently has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to manage the Citi For You (CFY) program. Working closely with Technology and HRSS, this role will focus on the transformation of CFY, governance, and content management.

Position responsibilities include, but not limited to –

  • Day to day responsibility of the CFY solution, management and coordination across the program

  • Manage a small team of project managers

  • Understand the CFY foundation (strategy, platform, user experience, and content)

  • Execute two major releases running concurrently including resolution of issues, PMO oversight, and relationship management across several work stream teams

  • Lead the effort to harmonize CFY with Workday and case management implementations

  • Run R2.2 (My Career) content planning, collection, and creation

  • Continue to mature CFY governance across HR, HRSS & Technology

  • Oversee all adoption management activities globally including video production, communications, webinars, and partnerships with service delivery channels

The candidate should have a proven track record of engaging with HR to drive projects from inception to implementation while managing various stakeholders. Experience in managing global projects is a must and the ability to influence will be a critical success factor. Candidate must have strong leadership presence to partner with senior HR, HRSS, GFTS and other business leaders and be able to articulate status, risks, and challenges. The candidate also needs to be a highly versatile individual with great attention to detail and dedication to high quality work. S/he should have the ability to work independently, take personal initiative and be able to inspire in an environment of significant changes. Ability to manage change and work through ambiguity are critical for success in the role.


  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent

  • 5+ years relevant experience

  • 3+ years experience in managing large-scaled projects with a proven track record of execution

  • Solid understanding of the Human Resources function and the interaction with Shared Services and Technology

  • Experience with re-engineering global processes and knowledge of HR tools a plus

  • Proven track record of influencing and leading across a matrixed organization

  • Highly effective communicator (written & verbal), able to interact with senior, global business management

  • Ability to work independently and take personal initiative
