Lowe's Sr. Receptionist in Mooresville, North Carolina

Job Summary

The primary purpose of the Sr. Receptionist role is to support a customer-friendly lobby environment for visitors, vendors, associates and the general public while supporting the security of Lowe's corporate facilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet, assist and/or direct visitors, vendors, associates and the general public by employing a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor at all times.

•Schedule appointments as needed.

•Maintain accurate visitor logs utilizing computer based visitor management system.

•Maintain adequate supplies for office use, while keeping within established budgets.

•Organize and maintain office files and records in accordance with established guidelines.

•Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings and conferences by providing logistical support such as room reservations, meeting room set-up, catering services, etc.

•Create and modify documents in Microsoft Office.

•Respond to routine requests for information and refer more complex requests to appropriate staff members.

•Gather, summarize, and distribute relevant data and information as directed.

•Periodically provide administrative support to the corporate facilities team in support of projects and data integrity within space management software.

•Periodically provide reception and other support services to executive suite leadership teams.

Required Qualifications

•High School Diploma or GED

•1 year relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree

•Ideal candidate will have training in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Arts, Design, and/or other related fields.
