• Avaya, Cisco and/or NICE Professional certification (preferred)

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of NICE Call Recording implementations, preferably at the enterprise level, having worked with the platform a minimum of 5 years.

• Avaya, Cisco and/or NICE Professional certification (preferred)
