Site of Care Specialist is the face of Aetna to provide targeted,personalized service based on a holistic view of the member,benefits, health information, and through engagement.Handles site of service transitions based on medical policy viatelephone, internet, web-chat or written correspondence.Calls are typically non-routine and may require deviation fromstandard screens, scripts and procedures to engage, consult,and educate members and providers by delivering individualizedprograms based upon the member's unique needs andpreferences.Utilizes resources to assist members in understandingcomponents of the Aetna products including claims,accumulators, usage and balances and cost sharing.Provides support to the Department in meeting clientexpectations regarding efficiency, service levels, privacymaintenance and quality of decision-making.Responsible for maintaining compliance with ERISA, and clientspecific requirements.Works as part of the team to meet business unit objectives.

Required Qualifications:

A proven background in medical/pharmacy benefits, particularlyinfused specialty medications.Ability to deal with a diverse customer base in a friendly andconfident manner including medical office providers andmembers.Must display empathy and effective listening skills to deliversuccessful cost-saving transitions of care.Analytical skills and the ability to master complex systems areprerequisites.A balance of compassion, integrity, discretion, sound judgment,with a strong desire to achieve and exceed metrics.Familiar with computer systems and Microsoft Office skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; Excellentorganization skills; Strong detail orientation; Strong verbal andwritten communication skills; Works well as a member of a team; Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of Aetna systems and processes including ATV,ASD, ACAS, NLX, SFDC and others.

Required High School or equivalent/Preferred AssociatesDegree or Bachelors Degree

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $34.60

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
