Bain & Company Inc Expense Administrator, North America in Dallas, Texas

Ensure accurate and timely processing of expense data into proprietary Audit program. Respond to the inquiries and needs of both internal and external customers.

  • Ensure that all received employee expenses have been scanned, entered, and audited in the system, employing approved policies and controls

  • Act as a liaison between all Bain and Company employees and department

  • Communicate with all levels of employees regarding expense questions and respond in a timely manner

  • Assist all North America employees with the application of Bain expense policies and payment inquiries

  • Match outstanding employee credits and generate weekly employee paylists

  • Perform other duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate

  • Bachelors degree or Experience and current pursuit of a BA with academic achievement preferred

  • Basic accounting knowledge required

  • 2-3 years experience in a finance customer service environment

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong computer skills including MS Excel & MS Word

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Strong time management skills

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively within a team setting and with people at all levels within the organization
