Job Responsibilities: The Security and Compliance Security Consultant Intermediate works within the Client-IT Technology and Compliance Organization. The consultant will provide analytical, feasibility, business case, and executive summary skills needed to form most intelligent risk management strategies for our higher security threats and/or compliance requirements.

Responsibilities of the Security and Compliance Security Consultant Intermediate include: Lead a cross-discipline information security team of engineers and enterprise architects to form a common strategy. Lead a risk assessment study to validate perceived risks. Lead Proof of Concept (POC) projects, creating program plans, POC test criteria, and product selection scoreca5rds using requirements gathered from clients and engineering.

Formulate program strategies, define work tracks; submit assessment findings and recommendations; create high level budgets and supporting business cases Develop and nurture trusted relationships with security officers and security engineers to gain consensus approvals on strategies, recommendations, findings, vendor selections, program plans, etc. Become proficient with Client-IT's product selection and product testing processes. Day-to-day tasks of the Security and Compliance Security Consultant.

Advanced include: Gather and document business case data in support of our recommended risk management strategy. Collate and produce executive summary presentation from the feasibility study, business case, and POC's in support of our recommended risk management strategy.

Monitor work progress of project team members on their submitted findings, recommendations, product selections, and testing work. Works across all levels of the management to identify requirements, communicate progress, communicate issues, and team well with project and program manager to resolve issues.

Requirements:Minimum Requirements B.S. degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other related field, plus 5+ years experience as a systems programmer. Significant and relevant technical experience meeting the job description may be substituted for degree requirements.

Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience that includes a broad understanding of the general IT functions including software delivery process, professional services consulting and project management.

Candidates must have 5+ years experience providing information security consulting services to a broad range of companies and/or federal and state agencies.

Must have been part of a team that recommended a successful deployment of an information security or compliance solution for a large-scale enterprise organization. Experienced in project management, product management, product development, and product integration activities.

Desired Skills Excellent communicator with strong client relationship focus with business sponsors, enterprise architects, and information security engineers to articulate business case and technology options.

Experience in internal consulting and customer account management: defining engagement scope, negotiating commitments, gathering requirements, defining deliverables, designing integrated solutions, and overseeing technical implementations considered a plus.

Strong information security background including current vulnerabilities associated with data loss, leakage, contamination, and destruction by either people with intentional or unintentional behavior.

Proven experience proposing enterprise level solutions to mitigate risks for large companies for large scale systems deployment projects; familiar with a variety of middleware and endpoint infrastructures.

Working Job Title: Network Operation Center Sr. Network Engineer Purpose and Description:

This position is for the Network Operations Center Tier II/III position supporting Client's Security environment in Identity and Access Management. The organization operates within the ITIL / PBR (Plan, Build, Run) Model.

This position will directly support the Run / Break-Fix portion within Network Operations. The Network Operation Center (NOC) is a 24x7 environment leveraging Verizon as a Managed services partner to monitor and alarm capture at a Tier I level.

Shift flexibility is required and may include working nights, weekends, Holidays and on-call when required. The incumbent will drive Incidents on network technical bridge calls including the Service Desk, IBM Recovery Manager, Verizon Network Operation Center engineers, and End User Service. When the INC is Network related, the incumbent will respectfully take the lead on the bridge, provide executive updates all while aggressively isolating the trouble and restoring service ASAP.

Primary responsibilities: The position is for an Engineer with experience in Identity and Access Management including the following:

  • Must have expert level skills / experience with Cisco Access Control system and its application for access control to the network

  • Highly preferred to have experience with next gen products like Cisco ISE and / or Aruba Clearpass

  • Must have strong understanding of authentication, authorization and auditing (AAA) concepts and technical implementations.

  • Must have strong written and verbal communications, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with customers and partners.

  • Must be able to provide technical consulting with business partners and define and implement appropriate solutions for access control to the network.

  • Must be familiar with implementing AAA for remote access including IPSec VPN and SSL VPN use cases, including the use of downloadable access control lists, and integration of ACS wth Cisco ASA and Junos Pulse SSL

  • Must be familiar with implementation of AAA for 802.1x in wired and wireless networks

  • Must be familiar with implementation of AAA for TACACS including whitelisting, blacklisting, command authorization and role based access

  • Highly preferred to have experience with Active Directory and experience integrating ACS with AD

  • Highly preferred to have experience with RSA SecurID /Authentication Manager and experience integrating ACS with SecurID for multi-factor authentication

  • Highly preferred to have experience with PING and experience integrating ACS with PING for multi-factor authentication Secondary responsibilities: Provide Tier II level technical support for the Client network, including troubleshooting WAN/LAN, Data Center, Video, Cloud and Wireless network environments.

  • Documentation of network issues in ticketing system including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

  • Responsible for sending escalation updates to personnel with outage information and updates.

  • Responsible for participation on outage teleconference bridges effectively and professionally.

  • Responsible for completing daily / nightly NOC check lists and turn over documents.

  • Responsible for taking customer calls and working with them to understand technical related issues.

WAN / LAN / Data Center / Cloud: o Hybrid WAN / Viptela / HI-Viptela / SDWAN o Next Gen Data Center / ACI o Cloud - CIN / CNF / O365 o Dynamic Segmentation - Wireless o DAS / PBR o Aruba - B/F & Provisioning o Location Services / Aware point o Target Clinics / Cradle point - Voice, Cisco CUCM 10.5 upgrade, SIP trunking Troubleshoot, isolate and restore voice and data network infrastructure for Client End Users.

Additional requirements include working with the Engineering and Planning teams to understand the nuances of the Client network.

Required experience:

  • 5 years related Network Operations Center (NOC) experience (or similar IT experience such as a Network Engineer)

  • 7 Years troubleshooting network connectivity on Cisco routers and switches (CatOS and IOS devices) using SSH, Telnet from a command line interface

  • General knowledge of telecommunications technologies (as it relates to NOC support) including: TCP-IP, Packet Voice, WLAN, WAN, and LAN technologies, and the inter-working of these technologies. These would encompass voice, data, broadband, VoIP, and Internet services, and the deployment and implementation of these services.

  • Good knowledge and experience with the Internet Protocol (IP) suite is essential, including protocols such as BGP, OSPF and EIGRP, and their relationships and integrations in large-scale networks.

  • Knowledge and experience using a trouble ticketing system.

  • Experience using network monitoring systems.

  • Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively document network outages and activities performed to restore outages

Preferred Experience (but not required):

  • Experience in Health Care Industry.

  • CCNA, CCNP, CCNA Voice - Cisco certification preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree (Telecommunications or MIS desirable).

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure or security solutions, including Minimum two (2) years leading the configuration, implementation, and operation of security technologies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field and Minimum eight (8) years of experience in an IT operations environment with technical experience in distributed technologies, systems development, and/or networking.

  • CCIE voice Certification preferred? (but not required).
