Our Advisory Global Sourcing and Delivery (GSD) model is a set of capabilities resident outside our core US practice that supports us in performing client service activities anywhere in the world, where the appropriate mix of talent and knowledge is available at the best value. Working together with our client service engagement teams, we tailor a plan that combines the best resource and pricing options for a specific piece of work, based on the client business drivers, delivery requirements, and value factors.
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 5
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree Accounting or Finance.
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success
in administrative functions, including the following areas:
Financial reporting and systems that assist leadership in the cost effective operations of administrative functions in the market;
Strategy development, planning and cost control;
Financial awareness as it relates to budgeting and analyses; and,
Business acumen to understand and address client needs.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Client relationship management;
Leadership, team management and delegation;
Executive level communication and presentation;
Influence decision makers and negotiate with internal clients and external vendors;
Solve problems through critical thinking; and,
Coach and develop managers in support roles and together, drive the behaviors needed to move a company toward a distinctive support services organization.
