The candidate will be responsible for supporting the UK Sales team including daily liaison with customers to ensure on time/on quality of all deliverable items (using SAP, CDC and CUPRIS). As well as the weekly forecast management with customer. The candidate will also take part in weekly/monthly forecast planning with the internal business unit and supply chain (converting customer weekly forecast in to SAP/CDC) and the creation and in-life management of product Bill of Materials (CUPRIS) - liaising with the customer as appropriate.

The candidate will also be responsible for day to day administration of the UK legal entity: supporting UK staff with travel and expenses, liaising with external finance agent (based in London) and accounts team in Poland and other third-party suppliers.

· Excellent communication skills

· Extremely organized and detail-oriented

· Undertaking or just completed degree level (project management/business studies)

· Hands on experience with in MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint

· Exposure to SAP/CDC desirable.

· English/French desirable
