What you will do:

  • Preform maintenance and refurbishments of medication carts assigned to our region including both at the King of Prussia location and at our customer facilities

  • Maintain an accurate online inventory of all CVS/Omnicare medication carts by tracking serial numbers to ensure accurate physical inventory

  • Create and maintain a preventative maintenance program for all medication carts in our district to ensure they are all operational

  • Coordinate with CVS/Omnicare customer service and client facilities for repairs, deliveries, and pick-up of medication carts

  • Maintain and order all necessary spare parts for refurbishment and repairs

  • Maintain accountability of all tools, spare parts, equipment

  • Coordinate with the General Manager of King of Prussia and other district leaders on the status of medication cart refurbishment operations

  • Maintains the highest professional and ethical standards in all daily activities

  • Represent CVS/Omnicare in all actions and behaviors

The Team:

Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, provides care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and chronic care settings. Our Omnicare of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, location is one of the larger Omnicare locations in the country. This site operates 24x7 serving a large number of facilities in addition to providing seamless support to other Omnicare locations.

In this role, your time will be split between driving to/being on site at customer facilities (delivering or removing medication carts/ performing minor cart repairs) and being on site at our pharmacy (repairing/refurbishing medication carts).

Education and training:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (GED)

  • Valid driver's license required

  • 0-2 years of work experience in the maintenance field

  • Must have basic computer skill to include the Microsoft Office Suite

    For this role you will also need to meet the following requirements:

  • Exceptional problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Must be able to work independently

  • Must have meticulous attention to detail

  • Must be customer focused

  • Ability to travel regionally/locally during the day up to 50% of the time

    Education:

  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

    Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $29.88

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
