Dubai Holding Associate - Human Capital Excellence - Dubai Holding Group Services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Purpose:

The Associate – HC Excellence will be responsible for executing day to day operational requirements associated with HC Excellence such as generating reports, conducting audits, root cause analysis, incident management, participating in projects, process improvements etc. This role will require reporting and analytics capabilities and managing relationship with different stakeholders within HR function across Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Government Relations, Payroll, Offboarding and HC Excellence etc. and business HR across verticals

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor HC Excellence Mailbox and pick up requests associated with Reporting, Audit and Compliance, Enquiries etc. and ensure they are delivered within agreed timelines with key stakeholders.

  • Responsible for executing changes associated with Benefits Matrix, SOP update, gathering new reporting requirements etc.

  • Responsible for ensuring that all automated Reports are working as per the requirements of stakeholders. Coordinate with Tahweel Team as and when necessary, in case of breakdowns or system improvements.

  • Act as a Team player and execute Monthly Audit Compliance and Data Integrity checks.

  • Review audit and data integrity outcomes to monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and report them via Dashboards.

  • Provide supporting documents for both external and internal audits and ensure adherence and compliance.

  • Responsible for executing RCA for all Major and critical incidents by keeping all the stakeholders informed and up to date.

  • Lead the system implementation of existing, new and updated Reports, drive automation via new projects as and when directed by the reporting manager.

  • Execute responsibilities as assigned as per projects and Opportunities tracker and new and upcoming projects.

  • Drive change, influence projects, and actively seek and contribute to ideas and solutions for continuous improvement.

  • Execute efficiently by taking responsibility for own development.

  • Must be able to work under the guidance of team leader and alongside other team members to ensure that team goals are met.

  • Adhere to assigned roles and responsibilities, KPI’s, governance and compliance in line with Dubai Holding Group Services standards

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Reporting and Analytics, preferably in a shared services environment

  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes is preferred

  • Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred

  • Advance Excel user

  • Data interpretation and insights

  • Reporting, Analytics and Visualization
